The present general sales conditions constitute a complete
acceptance of the specific norms established by the European parliament
in relation to the norm 199/44/CE of 25 May 1999 for the sale and
guarantee of consumer goods.
The present general sales conditions are considered recognised by
the buyer and constitute with any order no matter how sent, the entire
contractual relationship between the two parties. With every order
the buyer accepts these conditions.
No contrary clause or condition can be opposed if not formally accepted
in writing.
All of the descriptions and illustrations contained within the present
catalogue and in other ANTARES commercial documents are not binding
for ANTARES and have the sole objective
of providing the clients with a general idea of the products.
Prices
The prices quoted are exclusive of VAT which will
be added at the appropriate rate when invoiced.
The products will be invoiced at the prices indicated in the catalogue
valid at the moment of despatch.
ANTARES will do everything possible to maintain the prices indicated
in the catalogue. ANTARES however reserves the right to modify prices
prior to despatch and will communicate any such change immediately
to the client in order that they can withdraw the order if they wish.
In any event the goods will be despatched only after the client has
confirmed the order following the communication by ANTARES.
Orders
Orders received on the web site will be automatically
confirmed by e-mail or fax.
Orders received by other means can be sent out without confirmation
by ANTARES unless specifically requested. ANTARES reserves the right
to decline the acceptance of any order after notifying the client
without any right to request damages.
Transport and Delivery
The delivery of the products will be carried out
according to the transport conditions and costs both indicated on
the back pages of the catalogue and obtainable in the home page of
the website for the section of each country "means of despatch
and transport", except when a special delivery service is requested
by the client.
ANTARES reserves the right to modify the cost of delivery indicated
in the web site and in the catalogue. If the cost increases more than
what stated in the catalogue the client will be notified of the increase
by ANTARES prior to delivery, which will be carried out only after
the client has accepted the increase in question. Daily despatch,
independent of the transport system used, will be carried out only
for orders received before 15.00. Unless otherwise agreed the goods
will be delivered to the address the client specifies in the order.
For clients located in countries where ANTARES does not have a specific
organisational distribution network (present in a specific section
at the beginning of the website), or for special clients with high
volumes the following conditions will be applied:
When the goods are available from our warehouse the buyer
must pay for the transport costs and has the right to choose his own
courier for the collection and delivery of the goods including any
customs transactions.
However in order to collaborate and following the specific request
of the client, ANTARES can supply the goods also via CIF by charging
the client the transportation costs directly on the invoice according
to the weight of the articles.
In any case all the goods travel at the complete risk of the receiver
and it is clearly understood that in no case ANTARES will be responsible
for the loss or damage of goods or any other mishap.
The despatch or delivery times indicated in the catalogue are indicative
and not binding. There is no right to request damages in the event
of possible delays. For every order of whatever quantity of goods
ANTARES will invoice a set delivery charge of: 16,75 euro
No other charge will be requested
regardless of the amount of the order. The goods will be delivered
by courier to the address indicated in the order.

If absent the courier will leave a delivery note to make arrangements
on whether the goods can be collected at the nearest depot or delivered
later.

System
Compulsory examination of products on delivery
All the goods travel at the complete risk of the
receiver.
The courier on delivery will request the client to sign the transport
documents and therefore before signing, the number and the weight
of boxes must be checked. If there is a non-conformity with what indicated
in the transport documents the client can accept the goods with reserve
indicating before signing the number of boxes missing or the different
weight.
If on delivery the packaging of the goods is damaged, the goods must
be either accepted with reserve indicating before signing the condition
of the damaged packaging or must be refused. In either case the client
must advise the ANTARES "After Sales" service of these problems.
ANTARES cannot accept any complaint relative to the non-conformity
or state of the goods made after 7 days from the delivery of the goods.
The client is responsible for the examination of goods received and
must advise ANTARES within 7 (seven) days of delivery of any defects
or problems found on first examination or any other complaint regarding
the quantity and condition of the products. In the event that the
customer fails to advise ANTARES of any such complaint in the manner
described above, the product will be considered to have been definitively
accepted and conform to the contract of sale. The customer has the
possibility within and not more than one year from the date of delivery
to advise of any defects which were not apparent within the aforementioned
seven day period.
The customer must refuse delivery from the courier of damaged parcels
or accept them with reserve and must inform the ANTARES "After
Sales" service immediately.
Payment

Regardless of the payment conditions and delivery location without
any discount and without any rights on behalf of the client to make
any claims.
Ways of payment
Payment may be carried out in one of the following ways:
• Credit Card or Debit Card –

the invoice amount will be charged to your bank account.
• Bank Transfer – after been advised
of the amount of your order you must arrange for a bank transfer of

Attention: before choosing this form of payment you must update the
total of the order, carry out the bank transfer, return to your order

• Cheque attached to the order sent by post –
After filling in the order form you can calculate the amount to pay
and fill in a cheque accordingly to Tecnonet S.p.a. and send with you
order. Please allow 7 working days for clearance
Currency
All payments must be made in Euro.
Property rights
The property of the goods will be transferred to
the client only when the amount due to ANTARES has been paid in full.
The amount will be considered paid for only when the cheque or other ways of payment used by the
client has been received by ANTARES. The client is obliged to send
back immediately to ANTARES all the goods sent but not yet his property
in the event that the client has not paid any amounts due to ANTARES.
For this reason the client will allow ANTARES, employees or agents
to have access to the premises in order to collect products not paid for.
Guarantee
The guarantee on the products, even if not specified,
supplied by ANTARES is conform to the norms of the European Parliament
1999/44/CE and any specifications that refer to this law.
ANTARES will substitute or repair any products supplied or repay the
price of the said product, at its own discretion, if used in a proper manner, if
a fault in the product has been notified to ANTARES in writing
within the terms specified by the relative law. That is to say 24
(twenty four) months from the date of delivery unless an alternative
time period has been specified by the European norm.
The products or the parts said to be faulty, following authorisation
of the commercial of after sales department of ANTARES, must be returned
within the aforementioned period of time adequately packaged with
postage or transport costs at the expense of the client and conform
to the particular instructions ANTARES established at the time of
supply. The products or the parts thereof must be accompanied by a
delivery note with the code and description of the article together
with the invoice number relevant to the purchase and a description
of the nature of the fault.
The returned products will be first examined by ANTARES and if produced
elsewhere will be sent to the specific manufacturer in order to
carry out a check and to determine the problem if a manufacturer fault
or misuse. ANTARES will carry out the same check if of its production.
If the product is found to be faulty under guarantee ANTARES has the
faculty to reimburse the client, substitute or replace the product
free of charge. In this event the client has the right to be reimbursed
of the postage costs charged to return the product according to the official
postal rates.
If the product is found not to be faulty under guarantee or has gone
over the guarantee period ANTARES will advise the client of the reasons
for having refused the guarantee and in this event will advise the
client of the repair costs.
The repair of the product will only take place following authorisation
and payment of the estimated costs. If the repair is not authorised
by the client the product will be made available for the client at
our warehouse for 1 year. If the client does not claim it back, the
product will be destroyed without any right of the client to claim
it back.
This control process, the various steps that follow and client communications
are visible in the website in the menu "services" option
"After Sales".
Satisfied or reimbursement
If for any reason the client is not happy with
the product the client can ask for a replacement or reimbursement
within 30 days of the purchase invoice date. In order to receive reimbursement, after
receiving authorisation from ANTARES the client must return the unused
product in the same conditions as on delivery at his own expense and
in its original packaging with a delivery note with the article code
and description and reference to the number and date of the purchase
invoice.
ANTARES, after having checked the product, will either replace or
reimburse the client according to his request. In any event the replacement
must be agreed on.
Return of Products
Return any product following authorisation and instructions.
The returned goods must be appropriately packaged.
Delivery times
Normally the goods are available and ready
for despatch. However if not the expected availability times are only
an indication and are not binding for ANTARES.
ANTARES requests the client to verify the availability of the goods
before deciding to use them for particular jobs.
Request for damages cannot be made if products are not available or
have not been delivered on time.
Total or partial cancellation of orders
If some articles of an order are not immediately
available and the value is so low to justify the transport costs of
a new delivery, or if the availability times are long the order of
these articles can be cancelled with a communication to the client
inviting him to repeat the order.
In the event that the orders cannot be sent by ANTARES due to circumstances
beyond the control of ANTARES or due to the lack of services or material
necessary to prepare an order, ANTARES has the right to delay the despatch.
In this event following a communication to the client ANTARES can
annul an order completely or partially. In no circumstance whatsoever
will ANTARES be liable for any delays, annulment or impossibility
to deliver an order. In any event if the payment has already been
made in advance the corresponding amount of what annulled. ANTARES
reserves the right not to enter in to a commercial relationship. In
addition ANTARES reserves the right to refuse or annul any order independently
of the fact that payment has been received by communicating to a client.
In a case in which ANTARES has refused or cancelled an order in respect
of which payment has been made, ANTARES will refund immediately the
whole amount received according to a way of payment indicated by the
customer. The return of the price paid represents the only duty liable
to ANTARES as a consequence of the failure to accept or the annulment
of an order and excludes any further form of responsibility on behalf
of ANTARES.
Origin of a product
Unless otherwise communicated to the client in
writing, the information in the catalogue does not constitute a declaration
of the country of origin, working or production of the articles.
